2.) Submit it to your H.R. personel and they will fill up additional requirements

1.) MODE OF PAYMENT IS THRU “UNIFIED MULTI-PURPOSE ID (UMID) ATM CARD

2.) IF NO I.D.,

a) MODE OF PAYMENT IS THRU CASH CARD (CITIBANK, UNIONBANK)
b) THRU CHECK

TERMS AND CONDITION FOR CALAMITY LOAN;

A.) COVERAGE OF THE PROGRAM
Members who are residents of the calamity stricken area as declared by NDRRMC who suffered losses and damages to their properties in the said calamity stricken areas

B.) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1) Employed member’s employer must be updated in the payment of contributions

C.) AVAILMENT PERIOD
Application must be filed within 3 months from the issuance of Circular No. 2016-007

D.) LOANABLE AMOUNT
You can loan up to 80% of your SSS Total Contribution or equivalent to 1 month of your salary
